Step1: Open your Steam Client

Step 2: Click on Name’s Account on the top-right corner and select ‘View Profile’

Step 3: Click ‘Edit Profile’

Step 4: Click ‘My Privacy Settings’

Step 5: Select the following Settings:
My Profile: Public
Game Details: Public
And uncheck the checkbox for Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details.
Inventory: Public
And uncheck the checkbox for Always keep Steam Gifts private even if users can see my inventory.
Then click, My Privacy Settings on the right to see if the Changes made were saved.
